Your Borrower Pipeline Is Treated As Your Workspace—Not Company-Wide Browsing Material
Mortgage production contains sensitive borrower information. build. is designed around multiple layers of protection, role and workspace boundaries, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transport, protected SQL-backed data and firewall controls.
Borrower Workspace Isolation
Borrower and production visibility follows authorized workspace and assignment boundaries rather than treating every authenticated user as entitled to every pipeline.
Identity & MFA
Authentication and multi-factor controls add deliberate identity checks before protected mortgage workflows are available.
Role-Aware Authority
Production work, delegated assistance and privileged administration are separate forms of authority with different operating boundaries.
Protected SQL-Backed Data
Operational mortgage data is maintained in a protected server-managed SQL-backed environment rather than dispersed through uncontrolled local records.
Firewall & Defense-in-Depth
Application and network firewall protections, controlled connectivity and multiple security boundaries are used to reduce unnecessary exposure.
Encrypted Transport
Supported connectivity is designed around encrypted channels and governed trust boundaries for protected application traffic.
Technical Privilege Does Not Automatically Equal Borrower Visibility
build. separates technical administration from borrower-workspace authority rather than treating administrator status as blanket access to an originator's pipeline.
Protection Beyond The Screen
Sensitive operations are designed to be enforced by protected application and data layers, supported by authentication, auditability, governed integrations and secure software-update practices.
Advanced Intelligence Testing Stays Out Of The Public Web
Current advanced intelligence testing is limited to selected Desktop Alpha users in BTE's controlled local development environment. The public site describes the security posture without publishing the security recipe.
Website Security Is A Separate Boundary
The native application's firewall does not automatically protect the public website, its form database or support mailbox. Public forms use server-side input checks, bot verification, request limits and restricted notification destinations. A blurred preview is not a security control and does not contain a signed-in borrower workspace.
Future online access requires server-side authentication and authorization for each protected operation, appropriate workspace separation and reviewed data handling. No public statement guarantees complete security or regulatory certification. Report suspected issues to support@bte-crm.com without sending borrower data or credentials.
