In the supported desktop workflow, request transcription for eligible recorded calls or voicemail. Use the transcript to prepare an AI-assisted call-summary draft covering the conversation, stated mortgage information and follow-up. Review the draft against the conversation before approving it.
Recording and transcription require the applicable permissions, consent and configured services. AI output can contain errors; it does not replace professional judgment, underwriting or compliance review. Summaries are not guaranteed for every call, and online availability is not announced.
build. Phone includes one native business phone number per MLO. The same MLO number supports the configured system workflow; future web and mobile phone access are planned around that number, not additional numbers per device. Web and mobile access are still in development.
Planned individual subscriptions will be no more than $80 per MLO per month. Pro Plus includes the CRM, build. Phone and one native business phone number per MLO within that monthly subscription ceiling. Pro remains the CRM-only plan. Online subscriptions are not available to purchase yet.
