BTE Does Not Offer Public Self-Service Account Creation

BTE accounts are not open-registration accounts. Authenticated access is approval-based. Credentials may be issued only to specifically approved users after completion of the access, license, confidentiality, privacy, acceptable-use, security, and organization-specific requirements applicable to that user.

Reaching a public access page, receiving a demonstration, participating in an evaluation, or communicating with BTE does not create a right to receive credentials. Approval may be denied, limited, suspended, or terminated subject to the governing agreement, applicable policy, and applicable law.

This public notice describes the intended access posture. The binding rights and obligations of an approved user are governed by the applicable executed or affirmatively accepted agreements and policies.

License, Not Sale

Authorized use of BTE provides only the limited rights expressly granted by the applicable agreement. Possession of credentials, access to software, a demonstration, or receipt of materials does not transfer ownership of BTE or its protected intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, no right is granted to copy, redistribute, sublicense, publish, transfer, sell, disclose, extract, reproduce, commercially exploit, create unauthorized derivative products from, or expose confidential components of BTE. Restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

Copyright, Confidential Information & Trade Secrets

Nothing here claims exclusive rights over unprotectable ideas, concepts, facts, mortgage-industry knowledge, or independently developed material. The protected boundary is the actual BTE material, confidential access, and legally protectable intellectual property.

No Unauthorized Security Testing

Without express written authorization from ILS Consulting Group, visitors and users are not authorized to penetration test BTE, probe protected systems, scan private infrastructure, attempt authentication bypass, conduct credential attacks, attempt privilege escalation, intentionally exploit suspected vulnerabilities, interfere with service, or access data outside their authorization.

Good-faith security concerns may be reported through the approved public contact method. Do not include borrower data, credentials, private keys, or other sensitive information in public email.

Scraping, Extraction, Model Training & Automated Replication

Ordinary browsing of legitimately public BTE pages is permitted. That does not authorize automated harvesting of restricted surfaces or systematic extraction of protected or nonpublic BTE materials.

Without written authorization, nonpublic or proprietary BTE material may not be systematically scraped, harvested, bulk-extracted, mined, converted into datasets, used to train or fine-tune competing machine-learning systems, used to automate replication of protected interfaces or documentation, or ingested for the purpose of constructing competing software from protected/confidential BTE material.

These restrictions do not claim ownership over general mortgage knowledge, independently developed information, or material that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Credentials Do Not Create Unlimited Authority

Where credentials are issued, they are subject to the permissions and restrictions granted to the approved user. Credentials may not be shared except where expressly permitted. Possession of valid credentials does not authorize access to another user's workspace, borrower information outside assigned authority, administrative functions outside granted authority, or any nonpublic system not expressly made available to that user.

Access and security activity may be logged or audited where permitted and appropriate. Suspected misuse, compromise, or policy violations may result in access restriction while the matter is investigated.

Protection Of Users, Systems & Intellectual Property

Where permitted by applicable agreements, policies, and law, ILS Consulting Group may investigate suspected violations, review relevant security or audit information, preserve evidence, suspend affected access, cooperate with lawful process, and take reasonable steps to protect users, systems, confidential information, and intellectual property.

This statement does not claim unlimited surveillance authority and does not state that private communications are universally monitored.

Software Access, Acceptable Use & Privacy

Evaluation, White Label & Acquisition Discussions Do Not Transfer Rights

Discussions, demonstrations, evaluations, Alpha participation, White Label conversations, platform licensing discussions, or potential acquisition negotiations do not transfer ownership or grant a license except as expressly stated in a fully executed written agreement.

Private demonstrations, evaluation environments, Alpha access, confidential materials, and nonpublic documentation may be conditioned on confidentiality and evaluation restrictions. Publicly available pages and public screenshots are not automatically confidential merely because they describe BTE.

Ordinary Public Use Is Informational

The public website is provided to describe BTE, its current and planned product surfaces, security posture, strategic opportunities, and related information. Ordinary browsing does not create software access rights, an implied license, or an entitlement to receive an account.

BTE is software and does not itself make lending decisions, replace lender or investor guidelines, replace underwriting authority, provide legal advice, provide tax advice, or guarantee loan eligibility, approval, market outcomes, or financial results.

No Waiver, Severability & Governing Agreement

Failure to enforce a right or provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive that right or future enforcement. If a provision or restriction is held unenforceable, remaining enforceable provisions should continue to the extent permitted by the governing terms and applicable law.

This public notice does not invent a governing-law forum. Governing law, jurisdiction, venue, dispute procedures, and other contract-specific terms are determined by the applicable executed agreement and applicable law.
