A Complete Calling Workflow

From The First Ring
To The Follow-up.

01 / INBOUND

Receive Business Calls

Configured inbound routing supports the desk-phone workflow and voicemail path. Calling behavior follows the connected account and routing configuration.

02 / OUTBOUND

Call From The Borrower Record

Use click-to-call to start an outbound conversation from the workflow. Manual dialing does not silently create a borrower record.

03 / DESK PHONE

Use A Real Desk Phone

Supported Grandstream click-to-call and two-way desk audio bring physical phone use into the application workflow.

04 / HEADSET

Call From Your Desktop

The desktop headset path supports calling through an in-app workspace. Audio readiness and configured calling access remain visible requirements.

05 / CALL CONTROLS

Keep Working During The Call

A movable, minimizable call controller keeps call handling available while you navigate the lead workflow.

06 / HISTORY

Review Recent Activity

Review recent calls, voicemail metadata, and supported activity metrics. Authorized matching links calls to the appropriate borrower; ambiguous matches need selection.

Conversation To Context

Keep What Matters
After The Call.

Voicemail playback, available recordings, and requested transcription help you return to the conversation without separating it from the borrower.

Voicemail And Playback

Access the configured voicemail workflow and stream available provider-hosted audio.

Recording When Enabled

Recordings depend on the configured provider path and applicable consent requirements. Recording is not silently enabled.

Transcripts In Lead Notes

Explicitly request transcription for eligible recorded completed calls and supported voicemail. The transcript is saved to the linked lead’s notes.

Desktop features depend on assigned permissions, supported hardware, configured services, and provider availability. Future browser calling is not announced as available.

AI Transcription & Call Summaries

In the supported desktop workflow, request transcription for eligible recorded calls or voicemail. Use the transcript to prepare an AI-assisted call-summary draft covering the conversation, stated mortgage information and follow-up. Review the draft against the conversation before approving it.

Recording and transcription require the applicable permissions, consent and configured services. AI output can contain errors; it does not replace professional judgment, underwriting or compliance review. Summaries are not guaranteed for every call, and online availability is not announced.

Your Native Business Number

build. Phone includes one native business phone number per MLO. The same MLO number supports the configured system workflow; future web and mobile phone access are planned around that number, not additional numbers per device. Web and mobile access are still in development.

Planned Pro Plus Pricing

Planned individual subscriptions will be no more than $80 per MLO per month. Pro Plus includes the CRM, build. Phone and one native business phone number per MLO within that monthly subscription ceiling. Pro remains the CRM-only plan. Online subscriptions are not available to purchase yet.

Supported desk-phone hardware is purchased separately, with a one-time remote setup fee for each desk phone. Calling allowances and optional services will be disclosed before purchase.

Calling depends on power, connectivity, configuration and provider availability. Do not assume emergency calling is enabled: verify supported emergency-service configuration and registered location before relying on it, and maintain an alternative way to reach emergency services.
